FAQ

  • I haven’t received an email confirmation. What now?
    • If your confirmation email hasn’t arrived, please check your spam folder in case it’s in there. Still can’t find it? Contact us via the email address you used in the checkout, and we will resend the confirmation email.
  • What are my payment options?
    • You can pay by PayPal, credit card or prepayment.
  • How long does the delivery take?
    • We always strive for a fast and smooth delivery of your order. The standard delivery time for Germany is 1-3 business days, for most European countries 3-8 business days and for all other regions up to 15 business days. In exceptional cases, however, there may be a delay which we have no influence on. If we are notified of any bottlenecks concerning your delivery, we will inform you immediately.
  • Can I track my package?
    • Domestic shipments include tracking. If you have created a customer account and have been signed in during the checkout, you can log into your customer account and check the status of your order at any time, including tracking number for orders within Germany. For deliveries abroad we offer optional tracking including shipping insurance for a small fee.
  • Is my package insured?
    • Your package is insured against loss or damage on delivery within Germany. For deliveries abroad we offer optional shipping insurance including tracking for a small fee.
  • Do invoices and delivery addresses have to be identical?
    • You can specify a different delivery address. Only with credit card payment (if offered) payer and recipient must be the same person or have the same address.
  • Do I have to pay customs or taxes?
    • Please note that when shipping to non-EU countries, additional charges such as customs duties and value-added tax may apply. These charges are not covered by the shipping charges.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Yes, please send us an email with the order number (you can find it in your order confirmation) at . Please note, that we can not perform the cancellation if the item has already been sent. You can still return the item at your own expense (see next question). If you have created a customer account and have been signed in during the checkout, you can log into your customer account and check the status of your order.
  • Can I return items?
    • We are really sorry if one of our products didn’t meet your expectations. If you think that something is wrong with a product, please contact us before sending it back, in order for us to find the best solution for your issue. In most cases, if the product is still unopened and undamaged, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
  • You no longer offer a product. Why?
    • There may be different causes. If you can not find a product we have once offered, it may have been a seasonal product. Perhaps we have replaced it with a better product. Or we just wanted to provide variety and discover something new. If you miss your favourite product, let us know. Maybe we can do something about it.
  • Can I place a bulk order?
    • Of course. Simply contact us and we’ll provide you with all information relevant to wholesale.
  • Why so many animals?
